Let Us Be Encouraged

hi there,

the few verses have served as relfections and precious truths reminded lately and I wish to share then with you guys too. And let us be encouraged by these everlasting promises and truths found in His Word. :)

"Whoever loves money never has money enough; whoever loves wealth is never satisfied with his income." (Ecclesiastes 5: 10)

"Whatever is has already been, and what will be has been before; and God will call the past to account" (Ecc. 3:15)

"The sleep of a labourer is sweet, whether he eats little or much, but the abundace of a rich man permits no sleep" (Ecc. 5:12)

"Naked a man comes from his mother's womb, and as he comes, so he departs. He takes nothing from his labour that he can carry in his hand" (Ecc 5:15)

"When times are good, be happy; but when times are bad, consider: God has made the one as well as the other. Therefore,a man cannot discoer anything about his future" (Ecc 7:14)
There is eternity, which we do not see. What motivates me to live? Do I live with eternity in view everyday, and with it influencing my decisions?

"Then I realized that it is good and prooer for a man to eat and drink, and to find satisfaction in his toilsome labour under the sun during the few days of his life God has given him-for this is his lot. Moreover, when God gives any man wealth and possessions, and enables him to enjoy them, to accept his lot and be happy in his work-this is a gift of God. He seldom reflects on the days of his life, because God keeps him occupied with gladness of heart" (Ecc 5:18-20)

"So do not worry, saying 'what shall we eat? or 'what shall we wear?' For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. but seek first His kingdeom and His righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore, do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own." (Matt 6:31-34)
